Support has no link. I keep trying to validate an updated account (I want those 2 shards). I provide my email and get the email sent, provide the code message.
There's no message sent. It's not in the trash or spam. Jagex knows my email perfectly when I buy something like a bond...
Epic Games has the correct email. Jagex has the correct Email.
Support has no choices to help.
Where do I go? How do I proceed?
