pmod mutes last 1 hour. and they also arent obligated to report any rule breaking, they are players first.

bans dont happen asap. they do this for good reasons

i believe in osrs there is an "autochat feature" and you can turn off seeing that in your public chat settings.

No its not allowed

As said already pmods are not obligated to do anything. They are not rule enforcers

There are also guidelines on what pmods can mute not everything will be a muteable offense. Just a normal report
