You really need to take a player's personal ability into account when creating your puzzles. Not everyone is good at multitasking! The chem puzzle for example gives you way too much to focus on and no where near enough time to react and since it is a violation of your rules to have someone else use your account you are putting some players who need more time to think about what's going on at a serious disadvantage and sucking the fun out of the game for them. How about offering an option to auto solve after a few failed attempts to solve the puzzle or some form of varying difficulty for puzzles. slider puzzles like the ones you get in treasure trails are also very difficult for some people. Cut those of us that are non-neurotypical some slack will you!

It's been a while since I finished A Void Dance, so I can't comment on the specifics about it. That being said, I do remember quite a few quests with multitask puzzles and can see how some neurodivergent people might struggle with them more than it is intended to, particularly timed puzzles. I do support that Jagex allows people to skip it/ make it easier after a few failed attempts.

Don't you think this thread should be in Existing Game Content, tho? You're raising a valid point which I'm sure many people would agree with.

Also.

The idea that IQ dictates intelligence is flawed and has been debunked for quite a while now, probably over a decade. I don't think this is acceptable behaviour.
