So I had to come here and let off some steam.
First, i will acknowledge that a lot of people are unahppy with the hero pass, ok.
There were some of us though that were happy with it, happy enough to purchase and invest in the premier version.
I only get to play a couple of hours a day due to full time work. So for me, the premier track with its xp and content buffs was great. I got to maximise the amount of time I spent playing.
Was this for everyone? No and I get that.
But it is simply NOT FAIR to those who paid for premier to change and devalue what they paid for.
Can you imagine this happening for any other service? Oh you've subscribed to our streaming platform and paid for access to these ervices. Whoops not everyone likes that so we're going to take this off you, despite the fact you've paid for it and invested your time with us. Its not right.
So my options are to pursue a refund for the premier pass. In which case I lose access to the other benefits, cosmetics, consumables etc. Or I accept half of what I paid for.
This isn't right.
I know not everyone will agree with me, or will challenge what I say. Feel free.
But currently I feel like a wronged customer. And Jagex has done little to make me feel confident in their decisions about being fair to everyone in this.
