OSRS should have its own separate Category for Clan Forums like RS3 currently has including a specialist forum for OSRS Clan Leaders .

We have Clan Chats in OSRS as RS3 does, but we only have a single OSRS Clans forum which is flooded by recruitment threads so it's tough to have any kind of clan discussion on there and OSRS Clan Leaders are struggling to communicate with one another.
