Twitter is in shambles. RS Subreddits were down. And even with both of these events occurring simultaneously, the Runescape Forums experienced no noticeable increase in activity. Jagex isn't willing to invest in a forums refresh. Moderators allow persistent cross-thread trolling.

There isn't really any reason to keep these forums around, and the activity has now been proven impossible to bring back.

These forums were supplanted the same year they originally came out - in 2001.

It's amazing to me that they still even function.

I truly find the forums these days more enjoyable than they ever have been as they function great as a source of information and a place to raise your concerns.
Persistent cross-thread trolling was done more extremely when Jagex/JMods were in St Johns Innovation Centre allowing that to happen a lot more.
Players should also be aware that once a player has made their point there's nothing else to gain nor win other than placing your feedback here for Jagex/JMods to read.
What happens afterwards is up to them or their teams, not us players.
