Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to read. I've returned to Runescape after many years of being away. I'm really enjoying however I have an issue which I could do with resolving. When I click to contact support it just takes me to a page of common problems. How do I go about speaking to a member of support?

Hi,

It would help to know what field within support you require help with, but I've left a link to a generic Contact Us page with subpages which all lets you fill a ticket for contact.

It seems I wasn't going far enough to get to the page which I needed, I've now been able to contact them. Yes I appreciate it was quite vague, it was a security concern and I'm not sure if it could be exploited so didn't want to elaborate too much.
