I have been trying to use the support website for the last 4 days using 2 different pcs 4 separate browsers and a mobile phone and every time i get the same error message:

"Error: Sorry, a problem occurred while submitting your request, please try again later. If the issue persists, please try refreshing the page (All field data will be lost)."

Please help it's been 4 days and i am losing my mind at this point.

What exactly are you using it for? Like, what exactly do you need help with? I tried using the Support section myself and I didn't run into any issues. I tried different browsers and even incognito mode and no issues were visible.

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error(s) that you are presented with?

You made an invalid request as 'Loyalty Points' can not be transfered between accounts. Loyalty Points are account specific therefore unable to be transfered to a new/different account regardless if accounts belong to you.
Loyalty Points are earned by accounts being member for a specific amount of time.

Wowwwww....... So I finally got a request through.

They might be filtering certain words, (eg. Rune Coins). When I took Rune Coins out of my message, it sent. I was also using a message I had copy-pasted, however I think its more likely a word filter.

This was incredibly frustrating. Time to wait and see if we even hear back.

Exact issue for me! As soon as I removed the mention of Runecoins it went through O_o
