Not Receiving Validation Email

I recently created a new account to do old quests that I forgotten to catch up on lore since I can't redo these quests on my main account however I am now locked out of that account since I need to validate the email address but have never receive one email despite trying from day one to validate this email. I took all the steps to insure that the email would get though but it's not even been in the spam folder and the address is correct so the email is not being sent even though a request to send it has been made. Please fix this. FIXED
