Cannot Download Client

So i was having some issues and wanted to redownload the client after clearing my cache and everything... and low and behold.. the download button on the website still won't do anything. This has been the same issue since last year... is it just me? Or is there something i missing or some other way to get the client?

I click on the Download button and literally nothing happens, still the same issue even though the servers are back up and others are able to login to the game.

Found solution for the future if anyone else has this issue, simply right click the Windows icon in the download page and go to "Open link in a new tab" and it will download.
