Hey all,

I've seen the question pop up quite regularly on the forums so I've created a sticky for it here.

Currently the in-game photo booth is broken and as a result it's not possible to update your picture on the website.

There isn't a fix in the work for this currently. It is rather difficult to resolve and requires a lot of effort to make it work. We hope to fix this in the future as part of a bigger overhaul of some of those systems. Community Manager! @JagexPoerkie

It is still possible to create a forum picture, if your in-game character isn't wearing any items on the head slot. If you are wearing anything, then it seems to not work.

Not a major issue to fix in my opinion. I think there's other things which should be done first. :P

Wow, i am quite shocked at the thought of anything runescape related being broken "rarer than hens teeth" but i am confident that jagex will quickly resolve this issue, i just hope nothing else gets broken while the booth is being repaired.
