I embarked on a small nostalgia trip logging into my original RS account (this account), and it dawned on me that changing my password was probably a good idea. In the account settings page, I clicked my offense history out of curiosity, and found the text logs for a chat ban I received nearly 15 years ago, when I was a child. It was oddly delighting to read them, and I recalled I also posted on the forums back then as well.
My question is, do any archives or backups of very old forums content still exist? From between 2005-2007.
When I click my profile, I see I have posted 143 times. This suggests to me the possibility of those old posts still existing somewhere.
I'd like to read some of what I wrote (which I am sure was some very embarrassing RP/fanfic
) . I've gone down the avenues of archive.org and similar with no luck.
I realize that threads are pruned after they pass page 50 and are no longer accessible on the public web forum. But, is that data totally gone, or does it still exist internally?
