Apparently I can't submit a support ticket for a website issue without one. It says it's required ("if applicable"???) but there are no instructions on how to find it, IF we have one. And if it isn't applicable, how do we submit the ticket?! I've been trying to get help for a website issue since the beginning of last DXP and I'm FRUSTRATED!

Ray Ids are related to cloudflare errors. The RS site uses cloudflare and some errors that pop up will have them in it.

Seeing as you said your issue doesn't require it, just put "n/a" in the field.

Realistically it shouldnt be required to have text in that input, but could be a setting with zendesk's setup or something. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
