Why are some people so afraid about what I am going to say?
I really do not understand their fear.

You're about to get a suspension from the forums if you continue creating threads like this. Let's not go down that road.
Mod Kari has made it perfectly clear that there's no intent to recruit new Forum Mods at this time and also mentioned when that time came, she was happy to create a thread at that time to take on board community input and feedback.
Until then, there's not much to be said with regards to FMod recruitment and your continued re-creation of threads like this going to lead one outcome.
As Lou also said in your previous threads, should you wish raise with Mod Kari directly regarding your original thread, you can raise in via FMR.
