I have been browsing the Runescape forums in search of the patch notes for the Shadow Reef. The combat experience was changed so that the more damage one deals, the more combat experience one receives. I would really appreciate it if someone could link me to these patchnotes.

Other ways there aren't other than the RuneScape Wiki.
