@ Hot Ankles - The thread you want unlocked is in the Recruitment - Over 100 Combat Clans Forum, which is for clans that have a minimum combat level requirement for joining. Neither of your recruitment threads mention a combat level requirement and the threads also say:

The thread in the Recruitment - Social & Community Clans Forum is the better placed of the two, so it is the one that your clan should continue to use. :)
