Not sure how this can be enforced. F-Mods can't do anything on how people within the Comminity post their sales. We don't have the power.
All people have to do is add the words " Around " and it might help. But again it's totally voluntary if the Community want to post this way.
I'm sure before anyone spends billions on a Party Hat they have done their research before hand.

Yes this would be a little tricky to enforce now i view it from a different angle.
The only thing that springs to mind, is that Jagex add a new rule stating that we can only list exactly what was involved in the trade for items over maximum cash, without predictions or estimates of the items involved.

I agree, the only trouble is that there's so much misinformation out there, it's almost impossible to tell the difference from what is real and what isn't.

There is another way to look at this.
Every Rares trade MUST be accompanied by a screen shot of the items. User names and time stamp. That would help get rid of most of the reports as suspect fake or manipulating.
Must be something though that the whole Community can get on board with. Without them any suggestion is powerless without backing from them. Well you know the odd few will always complain and not want any changes. Yet the vast majority want something more upto date.
Keep the ideas coming and I'll make sure they get passed along.

I like the idea of it being an official requirement to accompany Rare trades with screenshots + timestamps & usernames.
I'm sure most would be on board with it too, as it's already being done by most of the community.
All posts that don't follow suit would be hidden by the Fmod team, however this will also be a lot more work for you guys with having to spot photoshopped pictures etc, so perhaps Jagex should also consider inviting more Fmods around the clock.
