try to log in, get prompted for auth which I don't have because i havent logged on the website before. it dumps me out. 5 attempts later i finally get in, try to add auth. it wont let me - but it keeps asking for it. i look for threads that were linked to me, but when logged in i cant see the thread, so i copy paste the link in the browser and im now not logged in anymore.



do you people even KNOW how to design a functioning website? this is literally the worst web page experience i have ever had in my life.

Hi Meow1712.

If the website is asking for an Authenticator code, but you never enabled it on your account, then that indicates your account was hijacked.

Is it the account you are posting with that you had the problems with, or another account?

FYI, a Runescape account only has one login name, and that never ever changes. If you've tried to login in with different login names (e.g. the email address, and the display name), then those will be logging you in to different accounts. Glad to be of service (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)
