You know the saying "you get what you pay for"? When your entire moderation team is composed of unpaid volunteers, you're going to get some crap moderation decisions. Jagex should hire some actual forums moderators, so that they have a financial incentive to to their jobs well.

If you are (or want to be) a mod, stop. Jagex is worth like a gazillion dollars. They don't need your free labor; don't give it to them. You deserve better.

To be honest, my opinion is, there's more cooperation between players, F2P - P2P, than there ever has been, without the need to attack each other in endless loops of chasing around The RuneScape Official Forums and that Jagex/JMods have a better, more relaxed, view about what is going on.
Jagex/JMods aren't bothered anymore with personal issues so they are better focussed at what needs to be done, in terms of RuneScape/OldSchool RuneScape and Communications with The RuneScape Community.
Quite frank, we pay we say ... is done, as money didn't made any difference, maybe made it worse not working at all.
