It's a bit non trivial to say, the assumption would be that everyone has the same font but that isn't always the case, and different screens, operating systems, and browsers would render the same fonts in extremely different ways. You can instantly tell that Firefox does a better job than Chrome in font rendering for example.

For my browser for this text, you get MuseoSans at size 15px, but the actual would vary depending on what the browser considers default to begin with.

And MuseoSans whilst built into Windows, seems to be a non free font, so it's likely Mac and Linux users just get something entirely different.

It specifies a font family. Any valid font from this family is fair game. If your system does not have the font installed, the system will just take something generic. This means that the RS forum fonts may be different from machine to machine (mostly OS to OS, including mobile) because the forums don't provide the font to you dynamically.

The specified family is MuseoSans, assuming you're talking about the literal text in the posts.

The exact font my system chooses is Museo Sans 500, but someone elses system might choose another minor variation, or failing having access to the family, maybe something entirely unrelated.
