Might be a bit late to apply now though since the cut off isn't too clear other than "next week", which is now.
It should have been posted here too imo, however they may be approaching different audiences first and may very well plan to approach the forum audience separately. I've mentioned this to Community Management so hopefully they'll chime in and let us know.
Edit: the survey link is still open (assuming they plan to close it off at some point between now and Thursday) so you could try filling it in and seeing if you are successfully invited:
