For your own forum moderation review posts and no one elses, add a button where you can click it and only for you when you're logged in can you see what you exactly you posted for that specific forum moderation review post.

Not asking to be able to edit my own fmr posts, just to view them. This will allow players to remember what they asked jmods to do that specific time they posted in fmr and don't say write down the post somewhere, that doesn't solve this issue.

This will allow players to know the context of Jmods responses when they do respond on fmr every 3-4 months.

The purpose of all reporting features in RuneScape3/OldSchool RuneScape/The RuneScape Official Forums/Website is that you file your report to notify Jagex/JMods, letting them know your highlighted issue and after that, forget about it and let Jagex/JMods deal with it without 'the need to get back to it'.
As you mentioned it yourself if you feel it is that important to save the context of your issue you might write it down somewhere for yourself to review.
There's no need to make a tool as that will not prevent you from 'forgetting the issue' and enjoy the rest of your stay with The RuneScape Community.

In other forums we use moderation post approval which works much the same, except it leaves the post visible (though with a red background) to the author and Staff.
This would be an okay change to Jagex' thread feature that auto hides posts.

For now as you said, keeping a mental or physical note on the issue would be best you can do!

Yesh, I can certainly see the usefulness in this.

However, due to the way the auto-hide functionality works, it would require a rather fundamental rework of the feature itself... which is exceedingly unlikely to happen. In fact, it would probably be better to direct the time necessary to implement and test such a feature to the J-Mod actually handling the thread in the first place.
