I tried to log into the game and am getting messages that runescape is off line. Anyone else seeing that? IF not, any clue how to get around it?

Edit: I googled it and found in the last hour there were 400 people complaining it is off line.

[19-JUL] Old School RuneScape Offline *RESOLVED*

The worlds had to be taken down a couple hours ago to fix something, that's done...worlds are rebooting and should be available again. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
