Do nothing (well, delete them to clear up your inbox eh).
A password reset request only takes knowing an accounts usernane, but it doesn't reveal any information. They're no more wiser to getting on your account.
The most likely concern when recieving requests like this is that they could inject a fake message amongst the legitimate ones. Imagine something like "Jagex has noticed a large amount of suspicious activity and blocked your account proactively. Please login here to request a manual review". Usually this would be an obviously concerning email and people would be skeptical it was a phishing attempt, but amongst a thousand legitimate requests, people through panic and stress may let their guard down.
The security of your account depends on your password, 2FA, bank pin, and computer hygeine. Be careful of phishing links. Don't download dodgy things, the usual. If you don't have 2FA and bank pins setup, go add them now.
But there's nothing they have to gain from spamming reset requests themselves. The trick is to use the reset requests into making you panic and lowering your guard, they can send the requests until the cows come home, simply do not respond to them unless you're expecting them valid for valid reasons.
