Dear Mods,
Yesterday I played a little before going to sleep, I woke up today to log in to the account and appears "too many login attempts, please wait a few minutes before trying again".
Then I thought, I will see the support, helpdesk, ticket, anything that could help me.
My problem is not with the internet, I have a second iron account and I can log into it easily. Someone is trying to block my login access.
In this same type of attempt I get an email in my junk box saying that the account was blocked by several attempts and that I would have to enter a link to reactivate.
They are trying to pishing me by logging in to my account trying to lure me to put password and login on the site.
I know that jagex moderators and support are very limited, with no solutions like ticket or helpdesk. Only service is guides and questions with websites and redirects within the jagex platform.
For those who have this problem and ARE SURE it is not the internet (try it with another account), they are trying to do the same thing.
