Are there any special traditions your family has, or perhaps a fond memory from the past representing the Holiday season?

The government buildings go all-out for Christmas, sometimes it was nice just to see the 50' tall tree and gaze at its beauty.

No, we don't have anything. Personally I don't really celebrate christmas, and I don't like traditions anyway.
However, when I was younger, we'd spend every christmas at my grandparents' farm, which could be considered somewhat of a tradition, I suppose.

Our family doesn't really have much tradition. The only thing that we used to somewhat do, and is/was kinda silly - we'd buy each other boxes of drugstore chocolate because we lived across the street from a RiteAid and they always went on sale. We've since moved, but I bought them a box of chocolates this year ;p

The only one we had as kids was we werent allowed out of bed on either christmas moring or easter before daylight. Being from australia that means 5 am ish for chrissy. This rule came into being after we woke mum and dad up several times at 2 or 2.30 am. not long after they had gone to bed Smoke me a kipper. I'll be back for breakfast.
