I can not use twitter as a viable way to talk to customer support. Why must a company use a public social media as apposed to email like it used to be. Im posting this thread because i need help recovering and securing an account of mine where the information has been lost. My email was compromised and it had more personal information than anything so i shut down the email account. All information regarding the account was lost and now i can not recover it after 6 tries and help from @jagexhelpstevie. Can i have a mod reply to this so i can maybe get some ACTUAL help rather than a twitter war....
Also is anyone else frustrated with jagex's customer support? I recommend they find another way to handle this, like going back to emails.
