I pay for 50mbps download/ 25 mbps upload.
If i take an ethernet cable and hook it to a laptop, and go to speedtest.net. That speed is what I get, HOWEVER, if I take the SAME ethernet cord and hook it to my computer, I get 50 download but only 3 upload.

I've tried several things and can't figure out why my computer only allows 3 upload.

Just wondering if anybody here might know what's wrong before I have a pro come check it out.

similar to that so might be some feature of your hardware/software, but I've no idea myself.
