Hey guys I was hunting ornate tortle for shell chippings, however I'm only getting chippings like 50% of the time where as a few weeks back i would get a shell every time. was there a recent nerf? the only difference from before to now is that i used a blue uncharted map and i have full elite hunter outfit.
