If you wish to be added to the list just ask, the ranking system and promotions will be observed by myself and select ninjas.
There is no official way to be ranked up, but this list will be updated periodically, the more active you are on hlf, the more likely you are to be ranked up.
If you are listed twice it means you have been ranked up and I forgot to delete your previous rank.
