So it has recently come to my attention that this kid, some time ago, participated in real world trading. This, as we all know, is against the rules of this glorious game. So I ask of you, my fellow fine forum frequenters, to sign this petition, so that we can recover timmy's former account, inform him that his account is recovered, and then, not even a minute later, ban the account so that this cheating piece of poo can be properly informed that cheaters WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

it isn't against the rules of runescape, only against the rules of runescape if you don't pay jagex.
