So basically my alt account got locked a while back. I sent a recovery request etc and gave details that (imo) make it very obvious it's my account. I got a reply in my mailbox within 1 minute saying it got carefully reviewed. I can understand that they don't review every appeal manually but this is some bull shit. Anyway I'd like my account back too thanks.

Submissions that are quickly rejected aren't passing the automated checks for a minimum amount of correct information. Those that take longer are being reviewed by a JMod.

The rejection messages tell you which information to focus on providing.

If you really want a dialog about this, Community Led Account Help would be a better place.

This happened to my alt too, RIP. Think my account is getting instantly denied because i'v never paid with real money on my alt just bonds + never changed the password. This appeal system is pretty annoying they need the old system back Revive the forums!

I've had RL friends give up and quit because of this. Jagex has some smart people. There needs to be room for judgment calls and not just a pass/fail method that keeps costs down.
