1. What is the reasoning behind four (4) "bot checks" prior to login screen appearing?
2. I found this referencing premier club membership this year.
"A new 'benefits' tab will arrive in the marketplace alongside Premier Club 2022 - you'll need to claim your rewards there once they're live."
What does it mean and where is the "marketplace" where that "tab" is suppose to be?

- Click the 'Membership' icon on your ribbon (the button used to access Solomon's/TH),
- Navigate to the 'Marketplace' tile (bottom left),
- Click the 'benefits' tab within the marketplace.
You can also access it by opening the oddment store.

Another quandary is: I was of the understanding we were to be given 100 bank spaces when getting this premier club membership for 2022. And though I received a message from Jagex (in game) that it had received payment for this 2022 membership, my number of bank spaces has remained the same. I'm wondering if this yearly membership simply "maintains" the 100 bank spaces received from last year's premier gold club membership; thus not meaning we actually were to receive ANOTHER 100 spaces. This is not made clear in the information about the 2022 membership.

Yeah, as Jinx noted, the bank spaces are a temporary thing. You effectively 'rent' them for the duration of your premier membership, but unlike some of the other bonuses, they don't stack together.
Also, I do agree that the captcha thing is rather annoying.
