handle Ultra NXT with no lag. I've seen it, I've played on ultra since day 1 of NXT

My GPU always ran towards the usage heavy side (around 80%) before I figured out that if I turned vsync on it will lower the GPU usage. When I turned VSync on, I noticed my GPU usage go from 80-90% down to around 50-60%. But ever since the latest NXT update I am seeing 99% GPU usage no matter what Vsync option I choose.
DETAILS: I CAN RUN ULTRA when working properly. I have a GTX960 4gb which is plenty and has proven to handle ULTRA with no sweat. These are my default Ultra graphic settings I use.
EDIT: NXT client says my GPU drivers are out of date upon loading the login screen, but my Gefore Experience App says they're up to date. Does anybody have any help?

Stop using caps so much, it makes your post more difficult to read for the people trying to help, but:

That's not how VSync works. VSync will halve your FPS to 30 if you are getting between 30 and 59 FPS. Try changing VSync to "Adaptive", you might have better results.

Then press "Apply"

Another thing is to turn Ambient Occlusion off or to SSAO. HBAO absolutely destroys my GPU usage for no real gain - especially if there are lots of trees in view. Unslain Bosses - Clan

someone sounds like they're in denial. for someone asking for help you're rather aggressive.

it can easily be something as stupid as cleaning out the dust from your computer and clearing out useless files.

I definitely see where you can come to that assumption but did you not think for a second that I've witnessed playing on theses settings myself? I guess you can assume whatever you would like but please if you don't have anything positive to say please don't say it at all. I must've missed the time you personally saw these settings I've played on since NXT Launch. Take care Weyburn. 14 Year Veteran. Completionist Cape owner

pretty sure i said something positive

i must've missed the part where just stating once that you've always played on ultra is enough for people to understand that you can play on ultra.

but hey, somethings changed, so maybe you can't play on ultra anymore?
