Anyone know of an application i can use to grab the hsl from an image and use that color code on my max cape. I cant get my max cape to match my third age robe set perfectly and it is killing my ocd.

I googled and tried a couple different web based ones. They didnt match up at all. Im assuming the hsl is in a different format or something because the numbers were up to 196 and thats not even an option on the max cape lol.
