Cant make volcanic trapper

Long story short, I have all 54k trapper fragments, I have made all but one piece needed to combine the 3 outfits into the volcanic outfit but it seems at some point I had made a duplicate piece of one of the outfits. Now I am short a few fragments to make the last piece I need and I am not able to get more fragments. So how am I to make the final piece Im missing?

I have checked my bank and Diango.

Am I missing something or is there another way to get that last piece? Ive tried destroying pieces but that doesnt seem to do the trick either.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Pretty sure you can't make duplicate pieces of any skilling outfit.

do you have 2 of one piece? also did you end up with exactly 0 fragments and missing exactly 1 piece?

that is weird indeed...
