Hiya. I haven't played RS for a month, have been busy with my new GF and haven't even bothered looking at my pitiful excuse of an account. My only current payments to RS should be a recurring membership for my ironman, however, I was charged 34.99 OUT OF THE FUCKING BLUE for no reason.

What is worth 34.99? What have I been charged for? Anyone know? Whats 34.99? Anyway, Jagex charged this shit to me. If anyone knows how to sort this out (or if I can get my money back) please direct me to how.. Thanks.

If you go to support in top right of website and navigate to payments/membership and refunds you can contact Jagex, assuming you haven't used any of them.

does sound odd you would randomly be charged that though.
help.

IDK aside from that though

does the purchase show what was bought from Jagex? You could maybe contact them if it doesn't tell you and ask them what 'you' bought. @Chee__RS

I have now tried requesting a refund. I just checked my inbox messages and did indeed receive a thankyou reply from Jagex 3 days ago on this account. Weird since I've not logged into this account for like a year... (just check my runetracker) I really hope this hasn't been an ongoing thing.

i stoped playing around the time osbuddy got hacked a few years ago started again a few weeks ago and my account was stolen i had to get it recovered comming to find out that my account had a couple hundred dollar negative balance. what actually happened is one of those phishers used my account for identity theft they bought bonds on credit cards and the people would dispute the charges making my account go negative. i really hope thats not whats your case on a side note jagex did a great job fixing everything EXCEPT when i got my account back there were 4 ACTIVE credit cards with random peoples names linked to my account maybe in the future should check that guys...lol
