Anyone know what exactly it applies to? Of course monster drops but what specifically? Better chance at getting a RDT drop? Does it mean uniques are more common? Or both? What about boss pets or Champion scrolls? Does it mean better chance to receive clue scrolls from Thieving in Priff? They really need to be clearer lol.

And a question I'd really like to know the answer to is does it apply to clue scroll reward rolls?
