Hello I need to ask for some help for my friend who is a long time player. The house of my friend burned down and is a total loss. His cell phone, all his info saved over the years burned as well. He can't get back on R S and it says under authenticator issue you need your old cell ph and your new cell ph to get auth. on the new cell ph. The old cell ph is burned up. His son helped him to try to recover his account. This may or may not have been the correct procedure, however the request was denied twice. This player is older and needs help. Now he cannot get on his player to do the things he loves to do. I do not know how to advise him but there must some way to help a player who pays for their account to be able to access that account. I realize Jagex wants certain info but all he has is whats in his memory. He started the account years ago so he could play with his sons back in the day. He retired and his hobby is R S still today. I've checked and there is no way to speak to a person and there's no email for Jagex. I did find a physical address. Do I advise him to write to Jagex at that physical address? Where does he go from here?
