changing HLF access to alt?

I don't play this account anymore, and haven't for maybe 3 years. I still lurk HLF, but does jagex let you swap authorization from one account to another? just wondering

No if you want an account to have access to the HLF you have to apply in the community home section with the 'maxed/completionist' title on. If you want an account removed from the HLF I would suggest posting in the HLF help and action center.

As Mr And said above, an account has to be maxed to be here. If your alt isn't maxed yet, then it won't get access here.

No sorry the HLF is only for RS3 maxed players.

i have my alt having access to hlf.

but it is maxed... only way
