solution first: if all membership is vip/premiere now, and if it has 2 ish years then create extensions to ALLOW RIGHT NOW claim of monthly drop, demon slayer outfit, and tokens or whatever.

its fucking ridiculous so many accounts have to CANCEL membership in order to be able to make this window of FEW days remaining in november to get the monthly drop.

afaic thats WORSE than the 24 hrs we were offline for data center. at least that was all of us, and not like... oh some people had their billing support tickets answered and some didnt.

fix it for everyone ASAP

inb4 billing replies "well its your fault because we moved years of JUNK months to your daughters account to let you renew yours... at your request"

I did no such fucking thing. NO ONE would ever ask for these shitty junk months to be moved anywhere. Move them as REAL VIP months or just throw them in a fucking bin already.

click the cancel button a menu drops down asking you to choose ridiculous reasons for quitting like
"I got bored"
"a rhino sat on mom"
"not enough updates"

and NONE of the choices are "jagex has less customer service than abu ghraib"

Jack could solve this in an instant decreeing that all YEARS are premiere too, not just all MONTHS. thats the solution. It would spare us all having to cancel before we renew.
