I don't even know if it's a right place to post, but had no response from Jagex yet, nor found anything on Google, but maybe someone here had something odd as this happening:

Something odd has happened with my wife's account,
She created it via FaceBook and today for whatever reason it is "gone", so what happened:
After she was done playing, she logged out on her laptop, and later after an attempt to log in her account, she was greeted by a new account creation screen via the same login.
I've tried everything but it seems like the account is just gone, always redirecting to the newly created one.
The old one had no email set via Jagex official log in only Facebook direct log on because of she never tough that this could be a case.

Her Facebook is linked to a Gmail, but if she is trying to log on via Gmail it just sends her into the new account which appeared just today.

I can't figure out what to do either sadly, any ideas?

Seems like she didn't really log in with facebook, maybe she used an email and doesn't remember? Also, can you add the account name to your friends list ingame?s it visible on alog/hiscores?

Yeah can add and it's on hs, it must be a bug because always been using the same login from HER facebook as from 2018 and never had any problem, but now it just directs to an account creation screen

Still waiting on Jagex support team response, will see if we can figure this one out.

Come on man, I know what my wife plays and what emails etc she uses, it would be very hard to mix up ORS to RS3 :D

She was playing only RS3 and the account just went poof and gone (well it's on hs, but no log in exist)...

I don't even know when I will get help from Jagex support due they are working from home now and will it be ever sorted...

EDIT: Got e-mail back and they just don't see account?! RIP

Update: Account lost for good and Mod Winter disappointed us by not looking into the case properly, just told that can't do anything about it because that account had no associated email.

Well did not expect any better from a Jagex anyway...
