Iv spoken to everyone and they had said now that people are 99 we should have a arch th promo.

Will limit the exp on it to 5-10m an hr to be fair tho.

No one will use this as a legit way to train its just a bit of extra fun.

Also what % of Jagex do you have to buy to be able to make decisions about the company?

I think I laughed a little too much at this... ;)

They're not going to add it to TH until the top 25 have 200M Arch, because that's all the matters - no one cares for 99s. :P

I'm actually surprised people can't buy their way to 200m xp in this skill straight away. Imagine the revenue from the whales if they did this?
