edit/add: logging out and back in fixed problem.

had to buy thing at war camp. log out. log back in. ta da. cape.

sucks though. task list said nothing missing, so... I was real mad.

I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons

and also... idk wtf but my tok cape from kraken override... it wasnt first thing in list like it should always be, and everything set to funky live tile looking shit. not details.

used search and found it, enabled. triple checked list of keepsakes... not there. weird.
