Completionist cape bugged?

After 2 years of being without completionist cape, I finally got the achievements done today. Low and behold, it says that I have to complete the 'completionist cape' achievement to wear. Is there a way around this or do I need to submit a bug report?

Soz 120 all required as a hidden update. Same with all collection logs. Jagex decided to treat the people who complained about needing one boss kill for comp with a new requirement to obtain all drops on the game. Good luck.

92 is half of 99
and the gap between 99 and 120 is 21, and that's a multiple of 7
so you're doubling 3 times
2^3 = 8

but exp rates are much higher once you get 80+ in a skill, you can gain 13mil exp alot faster after 99 than it took you to initially get 1-99.. So maybe its like getting 1-99 5 or 6 times since the start up time was slower

and @uta, yeah that is a lot simpler lol - it does require you to know the 120 exp though @Chee__RS
