why if im using multi 3's i get powerful necroplasm buff and ectoplasm output but not the 3x 3300xp ? seems strange

You get a 60% output boost. So that breaks out to an additional 1,980 xp, that's a total of 5,280 per cast.

Multiplier glyphs only applies to products (and rounds down to nearest whole number).

XP is not affected (besides Wise 4 perk, Torstol incense, Inspire Awe relic power).
