Just a suggestion, but you might find more success posting this in the Weapons, Armour & Skilling Supplies subforum if you haven't done so already.

The HLF is restricted to maxed players only, and isn't very busy. You might have more success from buyers who're not necessarily maxed but still willing to offer you a decent price for your Masterwork.
