Release old clan names?

iirc, Mod MattHe(?) used to be quite constructive within the clan development scene; or-rather the Community Support structure. Unsure of his role in the company now, his inactivity on the RSOF shows he's more active on his company Twitter account -- however slight it may be. Though a response may be slim, I'd suggest attempting to reaching out to him about it

Regardless, I agree with ya', a clean-up of the inactive clan names would be nice to see. With OSRS receiving a clan update within the year, this proposition of yours may correlate!
It'd also be great to see another displayname clean-up, as well. But with Mod Infinity long gone initiating alot of those movements and the practice too far broken, it's highly un-probable.. now I'm just ranting.. lol.
