Hey Primal Binds!
It's not a dumb question at all! I've known that feeling of being out of the loop after an absence; I think everybody has at some point.
EDs are short for elite dungeons, which are raid-like content with multiple bosses. They give Dungeoneering exp while you're going through them, too, in addition to drops! ED1 is be Temple of Aminishi, ED2 is Dragonkin Laboratory, and ED3 is Shadow Reef.
