I sold a kodai wand in the GE for 12.9m and it sold for 12.3m. For some reason the GE accepted an offer under the price i had set and i lost 600k. got a screenshot too of it but i don't know how i can put a picture here

Have you reported it as a bug in-game?

If you do that, whoever is looking into your report might be able to see your recent GE offers and investigate. As for getting the 600K GP back, it probably won't happen.... but I could be wrong.
